Owen G Glenn Building

12 Grafton Road, Auckland Central

The Owen G Glenn Building is the home of The University of Auckland’s Business School and is one of Auckland’s most architecturally striking buildings. With state-of-the-art teaching facilities and sweeping views of the Auckland Domain and Rangitoto Island, the Business School offers a unique location for conferences and learning.

Parking

The Owen G Glenn Building (OGGB) has five levels of car parking (over 1,000 spaces) and is the main car park on The University of Auckland City Campus. Access to the car park is via Grafton Road, opposite Stanley Street. More information can be found here.

Accessibility

The Owen G Glenn building (12 Grafton Rd) is mobility and wheelchair accessible and has accessible and unisex toilets. Mobility parking spaces (spaces that are larger and nearer to access ways) are available within the building car park. A CCS mobility car parking permit is required to park in these spaces.

Covid-19

Our conference venue, The University of Auckland, is committed to protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of members of its community and has therefore implemented a COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Policy which came into effect on 4 January 2022.

All persons accessing the University campuses or participating in in-person University-managed activities must now be vaccinated or exempt. Delegates must bring a digital or hard copy version of their My Vaccine Pass and be ready to present it on entry to the event, and/or upon request at any other time (eg. during set-up time).

You can read more about the requirements for coming onto campus here.

If you are a delegate travelling from overseas, please visit this website for up-to-date information on the vaccine requirements for travel to Aotearoa New Zealand. You can also check out the Immigration NZ website for more information on this and on other requirements for travel to NZ.

Please note, no refunds will be given to delegates who are unable to attend due to these requirements.

In addition, all persons are required to use the Governments NZ COVID Tracer app with Bluetooth turned on. This app can be downloaded onto your phone in the App Store or through Google Play Store.

Face coverings and masks are strongly recommended indoors at Orange and Green settings, their use is also expected in all common areas where distancing may be problematic (eg. lifts and corridors). At Red, face coverings are mandatory when indoors.
